Uma coisa que deveria tranquilizar: não há um representante do Brasil, da Índia, da China, da Rússia. Isso é: não há um único representante das economias que funcionam.

Esta é uma lista de mortos, que representam economias mortas ou moribundas. Mortos que acreditam de estar vivos pois ninguém ainda foi avisa-los.

É só olhar para os convidados portugueses: o mais jovem tem 54 anos, ainda se safa, mas os outros dois morreram há muito e ainda não repararam.

E a situação não melhora muito com os convidados dos outros Países.

Este, de facto, é um lar e a viagem em Espanha foi provavelmente organizada pela AVC, Associação Velhotes em Coma.

Mas já viram quem são os participantes?

Este ano falta Henry Kissinger, ex ajudante de campo de George Washington, agora finalmente reformado, mas os outros?

Paul Dundes Wolfowitz, SS falhado, que projectou a gloriosa campanha militar no Iraque do ex presidente Bush Junior. Um sucesso que os EUA ainda estão a pagar.

John Elkann, que não acerta um conjuntivo e que se realmente mandasse na Fiat esta não chegaria ao terceiro dia.

Yannis Papathanasiou, ex ministro das finanças de Grécia: e não é preciso acrescentar mais nada.

Peter Denis Sutherland, que trabalhou na BP e agora na Goldman Sachs. Provavelmente em juventude pilotou o Titanic.

E paramos aqui.

Se este é o grupo que quer dominar o mundo, então podemos dormir descansados. Qual o risco? Passar da democracia à geriatria? Estas pessoas não conseguiriam dominar Malta, imaginemos o mundo…

Mais uma pergunta: se alguém quer dominar o mundo (com Manuela Ferreira Leite?), e por isso trama nas sombras, aparece no lugar com a mais alta concentração de jornalistas de toda a Europa? Faz sentido?

A não ser que esta seja só a fachada. E que haja alguém atrás. Então ali o discurso muda. 

E muito.

Mas neste caso é inútil gastar o nosso tempo com estes fantoches.
